Launa is located a short 90 minute drive from Sydneys CBD. It is currently available for short term rentals all year round.
Nestled in the trees in the heights of Killcare the property is situated on 7.4 acres and located only 5 minutes drive to the nearest glorious beach. Offering privacy and seclusion Launa truly is a luxury escape with a resort feel that's second to none.
The home boasts 6 large bedrooms, expansive open plan living and dining area, fully equipped kitchen along with an additional prep kitchen, rumpus room, yoga/workout room, home office and loft space. The main living area includes a fire place for toasty winter nights along with fully ducted air conditioning for year round comfort. The main living area and rumpus open onto two stunning outdoor spaces along with a 20 metre pool and fire pit area.
Launa easily caters for 3 families at a time with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the space
Main Living Area
The main living area contains a large lounge area along with a 20 seater dining table and a cozy seating area, the kitchen is fully equipped and has10 bar stools that sit at the kitchen bench for extra seating or chatting while you prepare a meal. You'll also find 2 ovens, a dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge and freezer along with all the essentials a kitchen will need to prepare the perfect meal.
The space offer large stacking doors that open to the outdoor dining area.
Prep Kitchen
Tucked behind the kitchen you'll find a full butlers/preparation kitchen with additional sink, fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher.
Grounds
Surrounded by park like grounds you'll have plenty of space.
By the pool and rumpus room you'll find a fire pit to enjoy in the cooler weather or to simply sit around and tell stories or roast marshmallows
Swimming Pool
Enjoy the 20m resort style swimming pool to do laps or is simply spread out and cool off. The pool is 1.3 metres in depth from end to end with a seat the runs the entire length along with a shallow step in section perfect for babies and little ones to sit in and splash around
Games Room
Let the kids have their own space or enjoy it for the grown ups. Watch some TV on the big screen, shoot some pool, or pull out a board game or puzzle for rainy day entertainment. There's something for everyone.

At Launa we care about the environment and try to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All the products you find at the home have been carefully selected for their eco friendly qualities. You will not find single use guest products as we use re-fillable containers where possible to reduce waste.
